By accessing and using Amorgram ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Amorgram is a digital card creation platform that allows users to create, customize, and share personalized digital messages and keepsakes. Our service includes various templates, themes, and customization options for creating meaningful digital content.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information when using our service and for all activities that occur during your use of the platform.

All templates, designs, and other content provided by Amorgram are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary content without permission.

6. Payment Terms

Certain features of our Service require payment. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Prices are subject to change with notice. Refunds are provided according to our Refund Policy.

7. Link Availability Guarantee

We guarantee that all created card links will remain accessible and functional for a minimum of 12 months from the date of creation. This is our minimum guaranteed availability period. During this guarantee period, if a link becomes inaccessible due to technical issues on our end, we will restore the link or provide a refund according to our Refund Policy.

After the 12-month guarantee period has expired, we do not provide any warranties or guarantees regarding the continued availability of the link. Links may be subject to removal or deactivation at our discretion.

8. Service Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at our discretion, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Examples of situations that may result in termination include violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, illegal use of the Service, or behavior that harms other users or our platform.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to provide notice when possible, but are not obligated to do so in all circumstances.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Amorgram be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Indonesian National Arbitration Board (BANI). The arbitration shall take place in Jakarta, Indonesia, and the language of arbitration shall be Indonesian. You agree that any arbitration award shall be final and binding.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
